Nice complement to iPhoto; has a photo resizer, too.

Makes a nice complement to iPhoto. Drag and drop your thumbnail pic from iPhoto events or albums into the app; images load quickly. Fun to play around with the effects. When you save your work, the default format is JPEG, and then you can drag it back to iPhoto. You can also save the photo in other image formats, and as a PDF.

This free app is worth having just for its easy to use photo resizer, an essential tool IMHO, which unbelievably iPhoto still doesnt have! You can access the resizing tool either from the work window, on the bottom, click on Size; or on the upper tool bar, click on Tools, and then on Change Size. You can now reduce your image file size for emailing, or other purposes, to your exact specifications.

The slider controls on some of the effect tools were a little slow to respond and sometimes difficult to move smoothly, but overall everything works OK. The app did crash once but I was probably overworking it, not giving it enough time to process.
